Beautiful single storey home is modern sophisticated and caters for all. Perfect home layout to accommodate for two families, one family at each end of the house. Large indoor open plan living area opens out to the outdoor living and entertaining area under cover and a HUGE sun deck with the fire pit, bbq area with waterfall surrounds. Fire place seating, pond and pool have wonderful colourful lighting effects for night which the children and adults will love! All the gardens have gorgeous led lighting to sit back and enjoy our tropical plants scenery at night!
Great for a golfers retreat as Palmer sea reef golf club is 1 minute drive away!

Erin was a fantastic host to a beautiful house. House had everything we needed; including board games & a few kids toys!
Check in was quick & easy & we greatly appreciated Erin being flexible with our check in time.
Our 21 month old son LOVED the outdoor kids stuff (tyre, bridge & sandpit). Pool was amazing & we spent a lot of time in there.
We had a couple of issues, none of which were Erin’s fault (e.g. the pool heater not working) but she ensured they were fixed quickly with no fuss.
We were initially concerned about road noise as the house backs onto the highway, but didn’t hear it at all inside (unless windows/door were open) & even when outside, whilst you could hear it, it wasn’t loud.
We will definitely be back if we ever come back to Port Douglas!
We booked this at the last minute as we had arrived in Port Douglas and our hotel was awful! Erin was great in accommodating us at such short notice.
And we were so glad we made the decision to move! The house was lovely – clean, plenty of space and comfortable, with everything you could need for your stay. The kids had so much fun in the pool and went in at every opportunity.
It was a short 10 min drive from the centre of Port Douglas, so the location was great. And we were not disturbed by any noise from the road as mentioned – it really wasn’t a problem and the area is peaceful.
We would recommend this place and we had a lovely end to our holiday here. Thank you!
We had a lovely stay at Erin’s place. Beautifully styled, very comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you’d need for a great holiday. The pool and outdoor space was amazing, perfect for a big family and kept the kids well entertained!
Erin was a great host, excellent communication and super easy check in/out process. House was in easy driving distance to the main area of Port Douglas and local IGA about a 5 min drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here!
